Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

For unwanted items the customer is responsible for the cost of returns and we recommend that you pack the product(s) sufficiently. Please use an insured registered delivery company as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to refund you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

We will need you to send us a photo of any damage for our records to assist us in taking appropriate action.
