Shipping policy
KRISTIA ROSE COLLECTIONS PRODUCTS
STANDARD DELIVERY - delivery costs are £3.50 for any orders under the value of £50.
FREE DELIVERY - delivery is free for all orders over the value of £50.
There is a £20 additional charge for pallet deliveries for the large outdoor vases, pots and corten steel products. This will be added at checkout.
I am afraid we currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.
Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order should be dispatched within 1 to 5 working days. If tracking information is available we’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
If you are ordering multiple items from different brands, your deliveries may arrive on different days and with different couriers. Don't worry if everything doesn't arrive together, we do this to ensure you get your items as soon as possible.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@kristiarosecollections.com within 24 hours. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Pallet Deliveries
- We will give the courier the contact number and/or email address that you provide for delivery.
- If the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to the inability to contact you, there will be an additional re-delivery charge, typically £25.
- Pallet deliveries are to ‘kerbside’ only, unless otherwise agreed.
- Pallet(s) will be removed from the delivery vehicle using a tail-lift and pallet forks (not suitable on gravel driveways) and placed in the first convenient, safe location.
- Drivers are not obliged to move the pallet any further into your property.
- The pallet courier will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient delivery day.
- Please ensure that you point out any potential delivery issues at this point, such as restricted access, at this time.
- Any actions required to overcome delivery issues may be chargeable to you, particularly if only discovered on the day of delivery.
- The pallet courier does not provide time slots and they only operate between standard business hours (unless otherwise arranged).
- Under the terms of the contract, that we have with our pallet courier, they must allow you sufficient time to open pallet packaging in order to inspect the goods closely.
- All goods must be checked at the time of delivery before providing a signature to accept the goods as being supplied in good order.
- If the courier refuses to provide sufficient time to inspect the goods, please sign for the consignment and indicate as “DAMAGED” if no other appropriate status is available.
