An old percussion cow bell made by 'Acorn Percussion London' which was produced as a musical instrument. These instruments do not have a bell inside like the cow bells for animals, instead music comes from the bell being tapped on the outside.
This cow bell is full of charm and would appear to be rather old. It looks like it would have had some heavy embossment on the front at some stage but this has worn back over the years and now the instrument has developed a nice patina which enhances its appeal.
A real gem for your display cabinet styling and a one of a kind piece.
The instrument is made from a heavy high quality steel and has a silver finish with some rusting which I actually like, please refer to pictures.
